1. Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
     1)   First of all, we have gone into the business a long time, and we have much and enough experience to avoid to pay the customs tax,
     2)   however, myAshop cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
     3)   Custom tax, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), and any similar customs-related levy are the responsibility of our customers. Please contact your local customs office and ask for more information.

2. What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
    1)   First of all, you should contact your local customs office by your track number. Perhaps they will ask you to pay some tax, it will be not too much, and then you can get the items.

3. Will the customs detain the products?
    1)   The customs is seldom to detain the products. But…
    2)   If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, myAshop is not responsible to reship or refund the confiscated item(s).

4. How to avoid the loss of the confiscated products if the customs detain the products?
    1)   We will reship you the products without any fee if the packages are detained by China customs.
    2)  myAshop is not responsible to reship or refund the confiscated item(s) if the packages are detained by you local customs.
    3)  We can take charge 50% of the products for our familiar clients(exclude shipment fee), and we will deduct the 50% of the products on your next order.
    4)  if you have paid more than 10% of your total fee, we will reship the products(you ordered) to you without any fee, ( 30 days after the customs detains the products)
